What is the Help to Grow: Management Course?
Designed specifically for small businesses, Help to Grow: Management is a practical leadership course delivered by Small Business Charter accredited business schools across the UK. Course leaders and facilitators are subject matter experts but many also own, or sit on the boards of, small businesses ensuring their knowledge and experience is recent and relevant.
The course is 90% funded which means you pay £750. The registration process is easy to complete with a few simple questions about you and your business. All eligible business leaders and senior managers are able to access the course. No funding application is required.
Designed to be completed alongside full-time work, the course:
Is delivered in 50 hours across 12 weeks
It consists of 8 online and 4 face-to-face module sessions
Includes 10 hours of mentoring and 8 online peer group sessions.
Each week you will explore a different aspect of leading a business, starting with strategy and innovation.
Who is the Help to Grow: Management Course for?
To date, over 7,000 small business leaders have enrolled on the course. Participants range from founders and managing directors to heads of sales or marketing, financial controllers and HR professionals.

Work for a Small or Medium-sized Enterprise based in the United Kingdom
